Journal Refund and Cancel Policy
Every journal at PubScholars Group publisher performs all processes smoothly and efficiently. We provide utmost care to the valuable research work submitted to our journals and work to enhance the quality of the work by preserving the originality of the research. This is where PubScholars Group fulfills its primary purpose and incorporates Article Processing Charges (APC) to bear handling costs. There is no submission fee for the manuscripts submitted to PubScholars Group. The authors need to pay the APC at the end of the publication process.
An author is given sufficient time to decide whether to accept the processing charges for publication of the manuscript in our journals. Once the authors have paid the Article Processing Charges and they cancel the publication of the manuscript, the money will not be refunded to the authors. Any kind of refund will not be issued if the author wants to withdraw/retract his/her paper from any PubScholars Group journal after the completion of payment and after the final publication.
After payment and publication, if the author wishes to withdraw his/her paper for revision and resubmission, then no refund will be provided from PubScholars Group. PubScholars Group refunds the APC if any error occurred from the publisher’s end failing to publish an article under the open-access policies. Also, in case multiple payments have been made by the author for the same manuscript or if an extra amount is debited from the author’s account, the extra amount received will be refunded to the author’s account within 7-14 business working days.
