Brain injury and behavioral neurology Conference
Home/ Scientific Sessions / Brain injury and Behavioral Neurology Conference
Brain injury: This is the destruction or decline of brain cells. A large range of internal and external factors causes brain injuries. Generally, the brain injury refers to the resulting, inseparable trauma-induced destruction, while neurotoxicity usually refer to selective, chemically produced neuron injury.
Types
- Painful brain injury (TBI)
- Acquired brain injury
Behavioral neurology
Behavior neurology, also known as biological psychology, biopsychology, or psychobiology, is the implementation of the principles of biology for the study of physical, genetic and developmental mechanisms of behavior in humans and other animals. It Includes
- sensation and perception.
- Inspired behavior (hunger, thirst, sex)
- Control of movement.
- Learning and memory.
- Sleep and biological rhythm.
- Emotion.
