Clinical Neurophysiology:

Clinical neurophysiology is a medical specialty that evaluates and monitors the central and peripheral nervous systems by recording electrical activity. It serves both diagnostic and therapeutic purposes, helping detect abnormalities in brain, spinal cord, and nerve function.

  • Repetitive Nerve Stimulation
  • Visual Evoked Potentials (VEP)
  • Electroretinography (ERG)
  • Polysomnography (Sleep Studies)
  • Intracranial Electrode Stimulation
  • Somatosensory Evoked Potentials (SSEP)

Stroke:

A stroke is a medical emergency that happens when blood flow to the brain is blocked or reduced, leading to a lack of oxygen and nutrients. Within minutes, brain cells start to deteriorate, potentially causing lasting damage or death.

  • Ischemic Stroke

  • Hemorrhagic Stroke

  • Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA)

  • Thrombotic Stroke

  • Embolic Stroke

  • Intracerebral Stroke

  • Subarachnoid Stroke
