Neuroinformatics: Neuroinformatics is a study of how the brain and nervous system process the information using computer-based devices and models. It combines knowledge from neuroscience, computer science, psychology and philosophy to understand how the brain works. Neuroinformatics also helps in the manufacture of computer models such as brain data and brain, such as artificial nerve network and brain simulation.
Major areas include: Nerve calculation models, artificial nervous network, brain simulation, data analysis and knowledge organization.
Computer Neuroscience: Computer neuroscience uses mathematics and computer models to study how the brain grows, acts, and processes information. This helps scientists to understand how brain cells work together and how to make thoughts, memory and behavior. Unlike the general AI model, the region focuses on models that closely match the behavior of real brain cells.
The respective fields include: Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Human Psychology, Medical Science, Information Theory and Computational Anatomy.
