Neurological disorder
Neurological disorders are health problems that affect the brain, spinal cord and nerves in the body. These can be caused by damage to the structure, chemicals or electrical activity of the nervous system. They can cause many symptoms such as feeling, weak muscles, paralysis, seizures, poor balance, pain, confusion or drowsiness. Some common neurological disorders include:
Acute spinal cord Alzheimer’s disease
- cerebral aneurysm
- Epileps and seizures
- Muscle arrival Shock
Stroke
It occurs when blood flow in the brain is blocked or a artery burst, causing brain cells death due to lack of Oxygen. This can often cause sudden discomfort to speak, weakness, or paralysis of the body.
- Types of stroke include:
- Ischemic stroke (blocked blood flow)
- Thrombotic stroke (brain clot)
- Embolic stroke (clot brain trip)
- Hemorrhagic stroke (brain bleeding)
- Intracerebral stroke (brain tissue)
- Transient ischemic attack (TIA) (mini-stroke)
- Subarachnoid stroke (bleeding in space around the brain)
