Neuropharmacology
Neuropharmacology explains how drugs affect the nervous system by studying neurotransmitters and their receptors. This area covers the drug mechanisms – from antidepressants adjusting serotonin and norepinephrine levels to cannabinoids interacting with receptor systems. This drug also examines factors such as metabolism, environmental interaction and side effects and interactions. From the treatment of neurological conditions (eg, pain, seizures, respiratory issues), with the goals of understanding functions such as normal brain development and learning, memory, emotion and concentration, neuropharmacology with therapeutic application, with therapeutic application, bridges the founder of neuroscience. In the INBC 2025, the Neuropharmacology session will emphasize how insight into drug -neuronal interactions helps design treatments targeting both disorders and healthy brain functions.
