These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants attending any our conference, whether in-person, virtual, or hybrid. By registering or participating, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

1. Agreement to Participate

By registering for or attending our any Conference 2026, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

These terms apply to all participants, including:

  • Speakers
  • Delegates
  • Exhibitors
  • Sponsors

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with registration.

2. Registration, Fees, and Payment Policy

All registration fees for the Conferences are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Payments can be completed via:

  • Secure online payment systems (e.g., PayPal, Stripe)
  • Direct bank transfer

Participants are responsible for any applicable transaction or banking fees.
Your registration will be confirmed only after full payment has been successfully received.

3. Cancellation, Refund, and Transfer Policy

We understand that plans may change, and we aim to maintain a transparent and fair policy.

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to the conference team.
Refund Policy:
  • Cancellations made at least 90 days prior to the event:
    Eligible for a refund, minus a $100 administrative fee
  • Cancellations made within 90 days of the event:
    Non-refundable; however, registration may be transferred to a future conference
Additional Conditions:
  • Registration transfers are permitted until the conference start date
  • No transfer requests will be accepted after the event has commenced
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 45 days after the event concludes

Important Notice:
If the event is postponed, rescheduled, or impacted by unforeseen circumstances, the standard refund policy may not apply. In such cases, your registration will be transferred to a future conference.

4. Force Majeure and Unforeseen Events

We are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms)
  • Pandemics or public health emergencies
  • Government restrictions or travel limitations
  • War, terrorism, or civil unrest
  • Labor strikes or industrial disputes
  • Hotel Policies Conflicts
  • Cybersecurity incidents or technical failures
  • Power outages or communication disruptions

In such situations:

  • Refunds will not be issued
  • Registrations will be transferred to a future conference or related event

5. Conference Program Changes and Updates

We reserve the right to modify conference details when necessary. This may include:

  • Changes to speakers, sessions, or program schedule
  • Updates to venue or host city
  • Transition between in-person, virtual, or hybrid formats

All updates will be communicated via email and published on the official website. Participants are responsible for staying informed.

6. Travel and Accommodation Responsibility

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation.

  • Hotel recommendations may be provided for convenience
  • Participants are free to choose their preferred accommodations

We are not responsible for:

  • Travel delays or cancellations
  • Hotel booking issues
  • Any related financial losses

7. Code of Conduct and Professional Behavior

We are committed to providing a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment for all participants.

All attendees are expected to:

  • Conduct themselves professionally
  • Treat others with respect and courtesy
  • Avoid harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior

Failure to comply may result in removal from the conference without a refund.

8. Liability and Risk Disclaimer

By attending any of the Conference in 2026, you acknowledge that:

  • Participation is at your own risk
  • We are not liable for personal injury, illness, or accidents
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings
  • We are not liable for disruptions beyond our control

9. Photography, Recording, and Media Consent

During the conference, photos, videos, and recordings may be captured for promotional purposes.

These materials may be used for:

  • Marketing and advertising
  • Social media and digital platforms

By attending, you consent to this use.
If you prefer not to be recorded, please inform the organizers in advance.

10. Data Protection and Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

  • Your data will be used only for conference-related purposes
  • We do not sell or share personal data for marketing purposes

Your information may be shared with:

  • Payment service providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe)
  • Event management and virtual platform providers
  • Government authorities (if required for legal or visa purposes)
