Each submission to our open-access international scientific research journal of Urology and Nephrology Studies undergoes a rigorous quality control process. This two-step verification includes both automated software checks and meticulous manual inspections to ensure the highest standards of publication integrity. Following this initial screening, articles are reviewed editorially to assess their alignment with the journal’s scope, the relevance of the content, reviewer feedback, and adherence to other established standards.
We are committed to advancing the evaluation and publication of fully vetted research in our journals. To maintain a high-quality publication process, all submissions are subjected to a comprehensive review protocol. The PubScholars Journal employs a double-blind peer-review system, ensuring that reviewers remain anonymous to the authors, and the identities of the authors are concealed from the reviewers. This approach upholds the integrity and impartiality of the review process.
Process From Submission to Publication

Article which has submitted by author will be received by the Editorial office.
2.
Author will receive an acknowledgement by email.
3.
All newly submitted papers are first considered by the Assistant Managing editor and then forwarded to Managing editor of the journal.
4.
If the manuscript is rejected at Pre-QC Stage, Author will receive the email within 48 hours. Reasons for Manuscripts rejected are given below:
• article relevancy is necessary, If the manuscript does not fall within the scope of the journal.
• If the submitted manuscript is incomplete or not following the guidelines

The remaining papers are sent out for double-blind (stage-2nd) for peer review. Authors will receive a comment on the manuscript within 20-25 days on average and 7 days in case of fast track review.

In case of article revision required, all the comments of editor & reviewers will be sent to author along with the original version of manuscript. Author should submit the revised version for further revision to the editorial office within 15 days. Time of extension can be extended as per author’s request to the editorial office. Final decision of the manuscript will relies on Editors comment.

If accepted by editors & reviewed by reviewers, authors have their papers published online as soon as 1 week after acceptance. All the accepted articles will be published online. Editorial office will take care of submitting the published articles to various indexing sites.
Review Time
Initial Decision: Authors can expect to receive the first decision on their manuscript within an average of 20 days following the pre-quality check (pre-QC) phase.
Fast-Track Review: For expedited processing, authors may request a fast-track review. This option ensures a decision on the manuscript within 7 days. Please indicate your request for a fast-track review in the cover letter.

The acceptance rate of any academic journal or proceedings is influenced by several factors, including:
Interest Level: The degree of interest from researchers, professors, and scientists in the field of Urology and Nephrology Studies.
