Megan Human is the founder of Ashby & Gabriel, a marketing agency focused on serving mission oriented businesses and nonprofits. She is drawn to marketing as a method of harnessing tools that have been used to simply produce a profit and transforming them into methods of creating meaningful change. Megan has personally managed millions of dollars of marketing ad spend for her clients, focusing on areas such as tech, clean water, relationship health, and housing affordability. Her agency specializes in helping organizations build their marketing strategy from the ground up, including solving their key communication challenges all the way through campaign implementation. Previously, Megan served as the Communications Director for the Everglades Trust, contributing to the effort behind passing landmark Everglades restoration legislation in Florida. Megan is an active volunteer in her community, including a role as the Director of Communications for Bahamas Relief Cruise after Hurricane Dorian and serving as a member of the board for The Hands and Feet, a nonprofit serving youth in foster care.
